Established 28 years ago by Engineer Romigio G. Sarmiento with a handful of personnel and a group of
workers engaging in full construction, repair, and renovation works, the company has since accomplished
numerous projects.
Most of these projects came from regular clients and referrals by architects, designers, and consultants
as well.
