PBBI Office
Our office is designed to foster a productive and collaborative work environment, with facilities
spanning multiple floors to accommodate our diverse departmental needs. On the third floor, you'll find
our accounting office, the purchasing and logistics department, and the quantity surveying (QS)
department. This floor also houses a modern conference room for important meetings and a welcoming
lobby/waiting area for clients and visitors.
The fourth floor is dedicated to our operations and design departments, ensuring seamless project
management and innovative solutions. This floor also features a printing area equipped with the latest
technology and a versatile multi-purpose room for various activities, including team meetings, training
sessions, and events. Our thoughtfully designed office spaces ensure that all departments can work
efficiently and collaboratively, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
PBBI Facilities
At our construction firm, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities designed to ensure
efficiency and safety. Our fabrication area at ground level includes a delivery bay, a fully stocked
hardware and tools section, a modern conference room for collaborative meetings, a prototype viewing
area, an on-site safety supervisor, a clinic for immediate medical needs, and a lift for easy
accessibility. Our ground level also features specialized sections for glass cutting, polishing, and
beveling; carpentry cutting and pressing; and metalworking for steel, G.I., aluminum, brass, and copper,
which includes cutting, assembly, welding, and buffing.
On the second level, we have advanced carpentry assembly, edge bonding, lamination, laser cutting, and
painting preparation areas for priming, puttying, manual sanding, and machine sanding. The third level
is dedicated to painting and varnishing, with facilities for spraying, drying, and buffing/polishing.
Finally, the fourth level is reserved for finished products, ensuring they meet our high standards
before delivery.
Supporting these operations, we have a G1 warehouse that stores materials, equipment, hardware, and
scaffolds, and a G2 yard which houses our motor pool, heavy equipment, stone works, staff housing, and a
mess hall for our team. These comprehensive facilities enable us to execute projects with precision and
care.
